Great beer selection! Good gourmet entrees and generous salads! I thoroughly enjoyed this place. A nice tasteful restaurant/bar tucked away off South Street, The Latest Dish is great for a small party who forgot to BYO, but still wants a gourmet dinner in the South St. area. I had the special fish entree: seared sesame tuna (sushi-grade) over fried green tomatoes with crab and cucumber salad. It was fabulous. If they don't have this when you go, don't despair, the regular menu has at least 3 types of fish that I had trouble deciding between. The spinach and arugula salad was a good starter for two. A great low-key place with candlelight setting. Seating is a little tight, but comfortable under the ceiling fans on a warm night. I'll definitely be returning!

WHAT???? $14 for a vodka tonic??? You're kidding me. Well, you're not, but the ringer sure did a number on my eyes ... especially when it cranked out a bill of $42 for 3 drinks! Call me a cheapgoat ... I mean cheapscape ... I mean ... you get the point. But I'm gonna take my Lincolns, Jacksons, Jeffersons and Benjamins somewhere else, thank you. As for Roosevelt, I'm just gonna leave his a$$. Moving on to his a$$ets ... well, I only got a peek at his outdoor arena. The dance floor was TINY. Virtually nonexistent. Although, I have to give credit to the average backyardesque light bottom pool because it created an obstacle for us heel-clad hos (or hoes) to get around, especially when the drinks started flowing. Aka: not conducive to crowd-gathering or congregating in large groups because ... watch out ... you could just do a ... flop!
