Chips and salsa with guacamole - delicious. The chips were crispy, fresh, and not too thick and not too thin. Chicken taco, Nick's way - omfg yum. Jalepeno poppers - cheese in them was like nacho cheese, kinda weird. I prefer cream cheese in poppers. But they were piping hot and fresh. I love this place and will be taking out of towners here if they crave a hearty taco.

$12 dollars per person per game... what happened to 99 cent bowling? +6.50 for shoes $32 dollars for 2 drinks at the bar?... WE ARE IN A RECESSION PEOPLE... I want to bowl for cheap! Then we get our lane walk over and someone is using it... we go back they give us another lane... someone is in that one too! Now I'm getting frustrated... I sip my $16 dollar drink to calm my nerves... bleh ugh cough spit or swallow? I had to speak to a manager... it was unacceptable malarkey all of this... He did give us our bowling for half price and bought us drinks... then we had a good time... all and all I don't know about this place though

I'm not sure how to review this place actually. When I review a dive bar, if it's a great dive bar I'll give it five stars, but this place is a club/bowling alley/bar. It's located in one of those schmancy outdoor mall type places that seem to try and transport suburban life back into the city which alone is kinda weird. Anyhow, we went for a party after the national championships and i was looking forward to bowling since it's one of the few sports I have a trophy for (unlike my bodybuilding friends who were with me). But the lanes already were closed and it wasn't that late. Even Debbie Kruck who was with us couldn't get them to give a lane so we decided just to drink and see how long we could tolerate the DJ spinning hip hop. For about two minutes his gear messed up and he was just playing a high pitched screeching sound. I only drank beer there but a few of our crew were telling me they thought the drinks were a bit expensive (my beer was reasonably priced I thought). So in the end we left, and you can't even get them to get a cab. You have to walk over to the Twelve Hotel and get one there - weak!
