by Jonathan L. on I've only been here for happy hours and I'm basing this review on events that happened a while ago, so take it with a grain of salt. My experiences here were pretty good. Beer on tap always good. Cocktails are alright. It depends on which bartender you have. Decor is a bit dark. Everything is black and there are some weird paintings on the walls. It can be hard to find a place to sit. It can get pretty crowded. At times, there is only one person behind the bar which makes things frustrating. If you're looking for food afterward, salt house is next door if you don't mind spending the $$.
by Reynaldo Varady on one word: LOUD. almost unbearable at points, which kind of makes me wish they'd book more hard rock/metal acts here, cuz they'd bring the house the fuck down, which would be brutal. nice fancy basement setup, with pool table, lounge area, decent bathrooms, and a bar that is big and plentiful, if not rock venue pricey. hope you like walking stairs.
