by Brad C. on Pretty much every time I mentioned to a local that during my visit to Atlanta I had ate at The Varsity they laughed and asked, why? And I was thinking the same thing. As soon as I walked in I knew it was a bad idea, but after driving six hours something was better then nothing at least that's what I thought. I ended up ordering a Slaw Dog... Really what was I thinking when I saw this. Being from Chicago there was no reason I should of thought a hot dog in Atlanta was going to be anything but sub-par and that's what I got. Couldn't even finish the thing. Outside of the food being what it is the place is kinda cool. I guess it's an Atlanta institution so I'm glad I checked it out just wish I hadn't ate anything there.
