by Sandy S. on I am a lover of Greek and various other Mediterranean cuisines. I found Mykonos food to be overpriced and bland, and we also received very poor service for a slow Tuesday night. There were perhaps 5 tables filled in the restaurant and my friend waited nearly 20 minutes for one beer. The place has very little atmosphere AND were out of many things we tried to order as well. A couple of my friends enjoyed their Gyros and fries, but mine and my husband's seafood dishes were just awful and cost well over $20 a plate. I had broiled flounder and he the fried platter. I have really enjoyed authentic Greek cuisine at places like Athens, Kyma, and Taverna Plaka here in Atlanta, and have had fantastic Gyros at little shopping center joints... I will never set foot in Mykonos again and would not recommend you waste money there either.
by Elwanda Valerie on i went to the grand opening. It was fun but i had trouble to get in. My friend promotes there and we was on the guest list. The day was windy and cold but the security guy just tried to give us attitude. I told them we are on XXX's guest list but they just pretend they didnt hear that or they heard that but wait for something. I mean this is not an A list club at all. Ive never had a problem to get in at My house, Guys & Dolls, play house etc. I went the second time last week. Same story, i hate the security guys!!! The music was so so. people was trashy unless you wanna see lesbian girls with fake boobs dirty dance. i was so disappointed. I went with my gf. We both decided to not come back again. This place will shut down soon.
