I made reservations for my birthday for dinner and for bottle service upstairs afterward. 30 minutes prior to dinner they called and said they would have move us to a booth in the bar because they just closed the upstairs restaurant. When we got there it was so loud and crowded it was awful! So the moved us to the outdoor patio, which was quieter and a better space but the server was just clueless and was the worst service I've ever experienced! Many of friends wanted to complain but it was my birthday and I didn't want there to be a scene. Now for the good part! They were an hour late setting up our bottle service area and it was a scene of confusion for a while because the waiter didn't seem to know that we were coming. I had ordered 2 bottles (and 2 bottles only). When I got my bill, they charged me for a 3rd bottle, for premium liquor AND a 40% gratuity!!!!! None of which I approved! Nonetheless, they absolutely refused to credit/refund me the over charges and basically told me to F off. They WILL hear from my attorney. See you in court!!!
