The doorman said there was a private party and the only way to get in was to pay cover charge at the Cellar and we'd be granted access to both the cellar and sugar cafe. Or we could wait until the private party was over at 11 pm. Since we didn't want to go to the cellar (ick!), we went somewhere to have dinner and come back for dessert. ... We came back later only to find out that we were denied, AGAIN! Now the doorman said the party won't be over until midnight. WTF??? That did it. I am not paying $10 to get into some skeevy club just to get dessert. By the way, your private party suck! The place was pretty empty for a party. I've seen livelier nerd parties. I'll come back next time to actually try the dessert and maybe then my review will change.
