I'm not sure if this is where I ended up on Saturday, but from the pictures, it looks similar... Anyway, I'm writing to thank this club for letting some drunken ladies in for a discount because we were "cute"! And thanks secondly to a club that had not one, but two guys come up and tell us to "work it!" That's three compliments by my count, and that's about three more than I've ever gotten in a regular bar in SF. Thanks for the good times Club Eight. Just wish I could remember you more clearly. PS, I didn't know there was a downstairs. Maybe next time.

I really liked this place. Quite the dive. The pupusas were really tasty and flavorful. The chile relleno was so good I scarfed down 2 of them. I think that they put some pork reduction in the sauce. It was stunningly good. The music inside is really LOUD so we sat outside.

Was here the last two Sunday nights. I am definitely a fan. The views are awesome and the food is surprisingly good (though not healthy!). Laid-back, very relaxing. The live music though was a bit loud.. I prefer silence but that's a personal preference to hear friends speak... suggest sitting far from the speakers. Try the sangria, it's actually good too! It can get pretty crowded (especially the top floor), but despite the beautiful weather, we were able to find a table for 6 on the first floor and things did open up later in the evening. I'm surprised more people don't know about this place and that there's not many similar places along the water....
