This is one of my favorite spots in NYC. Unfortunately, rateclubs and the mainstream crowd has found their way here. So, I don't go as often as I use to. But is it wonderful none the less. Get there early if you want a seat!

111 minna consistently has some of the best shows there. From hosting the recent "Directions in Sound" for the San Francisco Asian American International Film Festival to featuring up and coming local contemporary artist. The crowd is very mixed, from your Mission to your Marina and everything else in between, no one should feel left out. PLUS, they support Frank Chu. You can't get any more San Francisco than that!
