Welcome to the nightmare that is the 5th floor of the Hollywood and Highland Centers Disneyfication of Hollywood. Pros: you can step out and buy some gap t-shirts next door while waiting for the bartender to get back with your Zima. Cons: Your friend invites you to a movie wrap party, a big budget big name director type wrap party, only nobody in all of production realizes that Jimmy the P.A. who suggested the place has a relative who happens to own it......and Jimmy, we suspect, is getting a little kickback. Little does your date know that she just drove all the way from the westside only to be subjected to a cattle stampede of bridge and tunnel types in the tourist moshpit epicenter of Hollywood., The Highlands isn't exactly the "classy" place that actors or directors in this films league would be caught dead at. it's career suicide for any actor to step within 100 yards of Hollywood and Highland center, unless it's Oscar night. Thus..........I don't think Jimmy will have a job on Monday

This was my first club in LA. Omg I was suprised by how big it was inside and the extent of the dance floors. Okay the pluses were that there were a lot of people but we got to skip the line and for free. Minuses- super expensive parking, dirty out of the way bathrooms, annoying security guards for kicking out my boys, and a 40 dollar minimum for each person ordering at the bar. I don't remember much about how the music was but most people didn't dance but stripper poled instead.
