Truly nothing spectacular about this place. Came here with high hopes based on everyone's reviews, and maybe that was the problem. My sushi was good, but not great. I've had sushi just as good at countless other restaurants. And many other Japanese restaurants I've been to will offer a small side dish or appetizer, like cold noodles or miso soup. Not this place. For the prices they're charging, it isn't too much to ask for something additional. The space is a little small and cramped located in the corner of an easy to miss shopping center. They desperately need to offer some specials, like an AYCE night just to name one. I'd be hard pressed to return here knowing there are much closer options around me for better prices offering similar quality sushi.

When this club first opened I loved coming here, but now....after this weekend I'm never coming back. The crowd has become a HOT MESS! It's super crowd for no good reason. The service here is awful and drink are ridiculously weak and super expensive. Note to self, don't come back!

Sure this place has a cool interior vibe, though I think I prefer El Carmen for my Lucha Libre decor. But that's about the only positive I really see in this place. The doormen and bartenders are trying WAY to hard to be important and Hollywoody. You work at a Mexican restaurant, buddy, not Teddys. The drinks are expensive and not strong. This is a place that makes candy ass mixed drinks, not a place to come and have a couple of solid drinks with the guys. The dining room is dark and not in a good cozy way. The food is mostly uninspired and, lit with bar/club lighting, never looks very appealing. The crowd is totally touristy. I've actually had the following conversation there... "Hi! I'm Candy. I just came in from Nebraska today. Do you live here?" "Yes Candy. All my life." "Ooh. Do you know movie stars?"
