If you want cool, but old--trashy women, this is the spot! Cool people, cool staff, big dance floor, low prices, good drinks, decent mixture of music, dark cozy, crazy, and fun! lol These old ladies take it down to the THONGS (of whats left of it) at 60 plus years old! NO JUDGEMENT KINDA PLACE So, ladies you don't have to hold your tummy's in or wear a wire-bra there! Let it all sag in the Clermont Lounge...lol

All I can say is if you want a nice environment to listen and dance to house music well then look no further.  Don't bother going out on a Saturday when you can jam to Markus Whyatts beats on Sunday.  Vanguard as a club always brings good talent but the problem is on Saturday nights its like walking into hell on earth.  I mean its steamy and hot, all that to listen to good music can sometimes outweigh the fun of actually going out.  But if you go to Deep you wont regret it as the beats are always fresh and the atmosphere is for a true house music fan. You can dance you can chill and you don't have to wait in some ridiculous line or give your first born baby to get into the joint.  All in all this is probably my favorite night club in Hollywood, as it always delivers what I want good music no BS.   Just keep in mind it is a bit less crowded so if you are going there to be a sheep in a crowed, this may not be your spot.  The crowed seems to be a bit grungy, and by that I mean nothing wrong just that they dress down and get down.  Most the people there know how to dance and actually appreciate the music....

I went here on the night before Thanksgiving. After paying my $10 cover and walking in I noticed that this place was packed!!! Most of the crowd was in their mid 20's, which wasn't suprising since it seemed as if there was a 5 year high school reunion or something. The dj was spinning some rap and mixing in some classic rock and was probably the best dj I heard this weekend (which isn't saying much). The bartenders were quick and the drinks were not too overpriced ($4 for a bud light). A plus was that even though the place was packed, the bathroom line for the men's room wasn't all that long (there might have been beer bottles all over the floor but at least the line wasn't long). I would go back if my friends wanted to go, but I probably wouldn't suggest to go there.
