As much as you might love something on the main menu you should pass it up and go for the tasting menu. It's worth it. The servers are the most educated I've had in Atlanta. From the food origin to wine knowledge, these guys really know their stuff. Food: Shot of liquid that tasted like a caprese salad shot. it was a Willy Wonka moment realizing how they captured the flavor of a salad in a shot. Blew my brain! Rainbow trout: Amazing fish. Pork belly: I was expecting magic on this one, and David Blaine definitely punched me in the face, in a good way. Lamb over farro: I had no idea what farro even was, but the server told us. Crispy and melty and grainy. Hard to describe but friggin awesome. Coca cola brownie + root beer float: Crazy little flavor explosions all over the place. Probably the most expensive meal I've had in ATL, but it was worth every penny of my gfs paycheck. :) Shoutout to the gf!
by Stanley Kekahuna on This was a hard one to rate, I really wanted to give it 2 stars because of the horrible service and attitude of employees on my second visit. But my first visit was fantastic! So I went with 3. Our first trip, we went with the hostel and got in the VIP entrance for $5! I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and two rooms. I stayed more to the hip hop side but I enjoyed the house music as well. Drinks were expensive but that's what guys are for. I had a blast and danced the night away till 5 am. Then we came here for a WMC night and decided to head out late, 3 AM. The line was not moving and the bouncer was so rude, telling us we should have gotten here earlier, excuse me... we paid ahead of time so we did not have to wait in a long line. It took what felt like 30 minutes, but was probably 20 to get in. The place was not anywhere near as packed as it was the last time I came. I was kinda over the napkins falling from the ceiling... I'm not sure if they thought it was a good confetti or something but It wasn't. Swedish House Mafia was fantastic and i enjoyed my hour and a half... but in the future, I would go to a different club, it just was not that great. But if its got someone you really want to see then its worth it. OOh and bring cash, they have a $40 credit card minimum.
by Andrew Harnett on This place was my stomping ground at one point. Music is consistently good (imagine hip hop / Top 40 / mashups). Crowd is consistently bad (imagine short Asian boys with neither look nor dancing ability). If mainly asian crowd is not your cup of tea, then steer clear of this place.
