by Harlan Pagon on We took the class and stuck around for the dancing (it was $14 for the class and the dance party afterwards). The class was 45 minutes and Autumn was teaching East/West Coast Swing. He taught a cute little routine but it was very beginner because he repeated things over and over. It was good for those who have never danced but I wanted something more challenging. Apparently, he teaches Lindy Monday nights and there are different levels so I'll have to check it out. Cute instructor....very friendly and patient. He was a very good leader and comforted me each time I messed up when we danced. Very wide selection of music (from 20's jazz to The Twist). A lot of regulars there and I met and danced with a lot of nice people. Next stop, Autumn's Lindy Series on Monday nights ($50 for series).
by Andy Henthorn on Came here just for drinks. It's a cool spot with a nice vibe, and definitely better than any of the other wastes of space that were here in the years prior. Nice beer selection too. I approve. Based on everyone's recommendations, I'm looking forward to stopping in for some grub the next time I'm in town.
by Jasmine M. on Great place to party with a group of friends! Good djs, good party vibe, and not much riff raff or lameness. Fashionable people and a NYC vibe. Get bottle service and you'll be treated royally. If not for the liquor, get it just to stash your purse and coat in the couch's secret compartments. Impossible to have a bad time there. You'll want to dance till Marquee closes.
