Unfortunately, the next thing that comes to mind is the b$!#h on a power trip with the clipboard by the door. If a group is ordering two bottles, you would think she wouldn't be such an aggressive b$!#h to us and yelling at us herding us like sheeple. Hi we just spent hundreds of dollars to get 2 tables, but please, can you make it feel like we are burdening you by being here? To be honest, her rudeness made me want to give this place a 3 star review...But I had a really good time here, so I'll just take off one. The music was bumpin, and it was a well laid out floor plan. The wait staff coming by the tables was really friendly, and the set up for the tables was lush and comfy. I would have to say though, the front room by the bar was too crowded, I don't think I could handle being in that mess. This place really stepped it up with their setup. It looked like a Vegas lounge for sure. I didn't understand the bathroom though...it was co-ed? But they had a waitstaff in there too to keep it moving. But IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE just know you should get a table...you'll be happy you have that little space away from the crowd. Dance like there's no tomorrow. Have fun.
by Lynn Porth on Continental is one of those places I get dragged to when I am going out with friends and get out-voted on the venue. It's basically a trendy place for fruity, weak-ass girl drinks. The patio is nice in summertime, if you can get a seat. Otherwise you'll be delicately pinching your martini glass stem, trying not to dribble sticky alcoholic kool-aid punch on your work clothes. My major complaint: no beer on tap! Plus a crappy bottle selection! For a place that's mostly for drinking, this is unforgiveable.
by Kim N. on Again know the Chef and the owners....but even if I didn't this is a great hole in the wall bar which I always enjoy - it is missing a pool table though but SF seems to always be too small for pool tables.... Oh well, the drinks were great, the fridge was stocked and Sauce catered. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday. The pictures say it all!
