by Mike L. on Definitely known as the 'Ghetto Gold's' by my friends that work out. I've been stuck with it for 6+ years now, but I'm about to switch to a new location by my work on 1431. So this is the Kiss-Off, 183 Gold's! It's so cramped and small. Like you're working out in a nightclub, occasionally brushing up against sweaty people. Eww. This also seems to be where serious muscle-bound gym rats go. Maybe because they know everyone has found nicer gyms and they can have the free weights all to their grunting selves. They makes skinny guys like me feel a little scrawnier, which you think would be a motivator, but it's not. On the plus side is the ample amount of cardio machines to use, as long as you don't mind being so close you could smell the elliptical farts of the person next to you. Oh yeah, ride a bike to get here unless driving around in circles looking for a spot to park is part of your workout routine.
