I have mixed feelings about Rumor. It was the place to party back when I was in college and it still is... only difference, I'm not in college anymore, so, the crowd is college kids all under 21 which means they all go crazy but it can be fun! I love the music here, it is great! and it is the only place in Boston besides Venu where you will find awesome latin music to dance to. That's the reason I love it! The reasons I don't love it - the attitude of the girls who work at the "ticket" entrance when you have to pay along with the bouncers in the entrance, and how they kick you out of the place at 2 am when they shut down. Overall is a great place to go music and fun wise, I would recommend going with someone that you know will get you in for sure without having to wait outside too long. Also, "dress to impress" otherwise it will be hard to get in and you will feel under dressed inside.

The Park, or shall I say, the parking lot, was a less than thrilling experience for me. My friends and I had a reservation, but that didn't stop the staff from making us wait a good half hour to sit down. Once we were seated, I was ready to eat a great meal, but unfortunately that did not happen. I ordered some sort of pasta dish, which was alright, but was absolutely stunned at the inedible condition of my friend's steak. All in all, I would suggest you pass on this place, but if you still are interested, don't be surprised when you leave disappointed.

What a cool little lounge! Last night was my first time coming to this spot. Its funny too because I know I've passed by this spot hundreds of times. Anyhow, I was really digging this joint last night. I love the photo booth, classic, and overall its a nice small venue to get some drinks, listen to musics, and hang out. Not a bad spot at all. I'll be back again.
