by Cristina M. on I absolutely love the resteraunt, but when it comes to the service in the actual venue with live music, I'm definitely not impressed. I've given this place several chances, each time getting an amazing dinner before the show. But when it comes to show time I'm always more than disappointed. I used to be a server, so I understand that this is a managerial isssue, and more than one server needs to be scheduled a night, but if you're the only person on the floor you need to make sure that you hit every table. My boyfriend had to go and get us our drink from the bar, and we had reserved seating! That's just sad! I really hope that the manegarial team see's that they should be overscheduling and then letting people go early, in order to resolve this short staffed nonsense.
