by Kristin F. on This place is big and therefore has lots of room for all the people that come and drink here at night on the weekends. It's a good place to see and be seen. But I think that's the best I can say about it. The food doesn't impress me and it's definitely overpriced.
by Nadine F. on I came to Red House to watch some bands for SXSW, and we decided to get some lunch while we were there. The pizza is different from anything else I've had, with a very thin crust that tastes like crackers. I felt they were a bit stingy on the toppings, but perhaps that's what they were going for. Even a person who's not very hungry would need at least three slices to get filled up, due to the thinness and lack of toppings. Service was OK, but not particularly nice. The pizza was very expensive, but it might be worthwhile if you go during happy hour and get it half price. Overall, nothing was really wrong was Red House Pizzeria, but nothing was particularly great about it either.
