I've played some fun games of pool here, but I have to say that for the prices this place charges, I've seen better tables in much better shape.  The drinks and the food are pretty much a rip.  The service is very much hit or miss.  In many ways this Jillian's location reminded me of the one in Boston (minus the bowling alleys)--over-priced, beat up tables crammed together and mildly apathetic service.

Holy Happy Hour!! From 5-7pm all drinks are $3 dollars.... whats not to love? Combined with a spacious interior, plush red velvet booths, and immediate proximity to Nick's Crispy Tacos, Rouge is an affordable, enjoyable, early evening delight. Margaritas for THREE? YES PLEASE! Happy hours like this must not be missed! Go now and leave in a tequila enhanced state of bliss :)
