I told Jason and Jacob I would give them 10 stars and HERE IT IS! 10 STARS This little gem of a place does John Collins proud. Though smaller, it's decorated very nicely.. sophisticated and classy. Seating is comfortable with space for dancing and large groups. They also have a DJ. Came here with some friends for Happy Hour. Drinks were AMAZING. JACOB IS THE BEST BARTENDER EVER!!! =D He made me this sweet and fruity drink called Charlotte's Web and it was everything I could want in a drink! My friends all got different drinks and loved everyone of them. And on top of amazing drinks, you get COMPLIMENTARY cheese and crackers. So if you work in the financial district or SOMA area and you need a place for Happy Hour or just want to grab some drinks with your friends, this is the place to do it. PROS: Bartenders that ROCK (Jacob and Jason) that don't ignore you or give attitude / free snacks / ambiance and decor / music CONS: It was quite empty for a Friday Happy Hour. Wish more people would appreciate or find out about this place! / Area is small EVE, WE WILL DEF BE BACK FOR MORE HAPPY HOURS!

It seems the only way to get food is to reserve a table in the very limited dining section (a.k.a. the old people sit down area). The menu isn't diner large, but still a good size for a music venue. The food and the drink didn't wow me with any particular pizazz while the tables had an obstructed view of the stage. Obviously a night can take a step towards amazing with the right entertainment, but since that's always changing, the constants were just ok. Pickle Chips: Probably the best snack on the menu. A nice grainy batter, perhaps cornmeal? Loved that the thin pickle slices were soggy and sour on the inside like a proper pickle, but mega crispy outside. The creamy dip went perfectly. Wish more places would make this. Calamari: Overly greasy. Not that crispy and a bit rubbery. A bland, almost tartare sauce dipping option was offered. Corn Dogs: Cute for the mini size of a corn dog on a stick. Sad that the mustard and ketchup were the stock variety despite the more exotic options for the fries. Good as far as corn dogs go, but nothing fancy like Michael Mina's lobster corndog. Wings: Light breading (why can't it go naked?) yet still somewhat soggy. Extremely bland sauce. Mini Burger: Was expecting a trio or so of sliders, but literally got one mini burger. Was alright for a burger, but didn't blow me away. Avoid this one and just get the full size. Fries: Why is everyone branding their fries as Kennebec now? Must be good a marketing department! Tasty and crispy. Liked the garlic aioli and chipotle ketchup. More places need to get fancy with their dipping sauces.
