Came here for the first time for a work function.  I liked the fact that there were comfortable sofa's to sit on behind the bowling seating area.  There was a lot of food: pizza, Caesar salad, chips, chicken nuggets, sandwiches you know the fine dining selections of a bowling alley. Bowling alleys were terrible, I swear they were too slippery, all I kept bowling were gutter balls.  It was embarrassing.  I mean I suck at sports but this was just sad.  I think my final score was 15 or something ridiculous. The weirdest thing happened when I was leaving.  I needed change for a $20 and I went to the front where there was a man (assumed he was a manger) behind the desk.  I asked "Hi, do you have change for a $20?" and he said "let me check" then he opened his wallet and he said "no sorry.  What do you need?" and I replied "tip money for the coat check" and he hands me a dollar and says "Here, for the girls (with a smile)"....AWKWARD.  I was like "no that's okay I'll just check if the bar has change. Then I tried to hail a cab at the corner...it was freezing and the bouncer was saying how "it's so easy" to grab a cab at the corner.  Ugh chivalry is dead in Manhattan.  He stood there looking outside while I was waving my arm across all the busses and trucks hoping a cab would see me.  So sad.

*listening to Too Short's Blow the Whistle song in my head while typing this review* Hmmm no sign out front, it looks like someone's fancy house from The Hills from the outside... Its next door to Geisha House if you get a little lost.  Good thing I am with people in the know and we're already on a list with a reserved area because I might not like the place as much as I did if these factors were not a part of my night.  You get to feel special!  And no waitin'!  I think cover for the common folk was $20.  I kid, I joke. I mostly am over there anyway.... So once you enter, it has a great presence with very nice decor.  Its masculine looking and very ZGallerie. When we entered, I think we must have been one of the first groups to get there.  You could see how spacious all the different sections of the club were laid out.  Long front bar to the left when you walk in and another in the back by the "smoking section."  I am a non-smoker, so this part was kind of a bummer.  I guess the ceiling was ventilated so it looked like 1/2 the club was smoking inside? But it wasn't inside. But it was? I didn't really want to go over to that side for the remainder of the night, but the restrooms were unfortunately over there. I do not miss having people smoke in bars. Drinks are on the pricey side... Stolis were $12 each.  But the lovely AJK of course has her ways!  On our 2nd round she decides to order two Stolis on the rocks.  Well good thing I bought our first round w/ that same bartender b/c I think she hooked us up!  These were basically two cups o' vodka.  Lots of it.  All ice cold.  Love it! Our group that we were there with had that elevated room off to the right when you walk in and we hung out there for the majority of the night.  The dance floor in the middle was wayyyy to crowded for my liking.  They had many a bottle of Goose flowing there and it was more of a lounge atmosphere with a bird's eye view of the dance floor.  But there were so many people up and around our lounge area that sometimes it was just easier to go to the bar.  I do have to say that the staff was very accommodating and very quick to refill ice, juice, extra bottles of Goose.... nothing was ever 1/2 empty! And what makes a night complete at a club like this....? The DJ!  He was very good and def spun the latest songs.  Only complaint was his playlist wasn't quiiiiite long enough I guess because even though I was feeling the Stoli & Goose......he was replaying songs.  Dumb. Valet was a breeze out front and not bad at $15 considering other places I have known to charge $25+.
