love the atmosphere here! been here for two different types of shows and both were very fun! first time around i saw lazer sword here and for all you electronica/hiphop fans you need to see these folks live. the HUMONGO speaker system here does any artist justice as you cant help but bob your head and shake your hips. second time around i saw a hiphop show here with ali shaheed of tribe djing the final set. he wasnt that great a dj, but i still appreciate the fact that this venue has a great feel and vibe. cash only bar, and cash only cover. there's an atm (i think) but who wants to deal with fees? come prepared.

This is a review for the restaurant, not the jazz club. We walked in at 8PM on a Wednesday night without reservations and were seated immediately by a gracious server. Service continued to be impeccable through the entire dining experience, from the waiter to the busboys. The entrees were AMAZING -- both the black cod and the lamb chops were delicious. The dessert was not to be outdone, however. The iced coconut soup with mochi and poprocks was absolutely intriguing and delightful, and the yogurt semifreddo was also a curiously delectable mix of foodstuffs. I'll have to come back again for sure -- an exquisite dining experience indeed.

Dear 111 Minna- Thank you so much for returning my commuter check to me. Who ever was so very kind so as to take the extra effort to place the city worn and found piece of paper, slide it in an envelope and place it in the mailbox to be sent to my home gets 5 stars from me. Also, I have always enjoyed my times at your pad. I have gone to fundraiser nights, single meet-up nights (by accident on one occasion), and the like and have always met good people surrounded by interesting conversation provoking art. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness in what can sometimes seem like a big ruthless city. I really appreciate it! Truly, Lauren G
