by Natasha R. on Following a parade of Santas up Polk street with a 22oz of Stella wrapped in a white paper bag (brown bags are so low brow) is enough to work up an appetite that has no boundaries. My jolly partner in crime, Miss Anna R. and I defected from the Santa herd and made our very first appearance at the famous Nick's Tacos. This place is just as you would imagine, a large clear span sports bar with a taco counter you order from. Bring cash for tacos, but CC's work at the bar. I scarfed down one crispy and one grilled fish taco Nicks Way (smeared with guac) and washed it down with some Blue Moon. Apparently they charge $1 more for a pitcher instead of two pints, which makes Miss Claus very merry. :-D Yes the taco was scrumptious and its worth a repeat visit. Especially mid-pub crawl, this place hits the spot.

I think its more of a gay boy scene! but if your in the mood for an energetic, loud, drunken night, go for it. only thing id say i didnt enjoy was the OVERPRICED DRINKS, from all the bars and clubs ive been to, i have to say, this club has the most overpriced drinks ever! also, its def an 18-21 crowd for sure, a little freshmen college energy.
