The place has a cool, old-person's-house vibe, the music is rock n' roll, they're open late(ish) (they turned the lights out on us at around 2am, I think?) and our server was really sweet. But I was stupid and decided to order TACOS at a place called "San Francisco Saloon Co," and yeah, they were pretty much the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. They were like what you'd expect if you *described* tacos to someone who'd never seen them before and they tried to make them. But my buddy's burger looked really good. If you can avoid being overly adventurous and stick with burgers and beers, you should be fine here.

I attended the Star Wars Burlesque show last night. I rate the show as 4.5 stars. (They lost a half star because of the terrible opening band). The 2 above is for the venue. The venue is extremely difficult to find. There is no sign that you can look for. I was circling the block for 15 minutes and the only way I found it was because I saw someone standing outside in line wearing a Jedi outfit. The inside is tiny and has no free seating room. The only way to get a seat is to reserve table service. Even with table service though, if you have a side table, general admission people can stand in front of your table and totally block your view from the stage. Since it is primarily standing room only, If you are short I would suggest getting there early and securing a place in the front. The stage is not too elevated, so good luck to you if you're stuck in the back. Pricing for alcohol is expensive but standard. The only thing that stopped me from getting drunk is the sea of people I had to push and shove to get to the bar. The crowd was packed in there shoulder to shoulder. It also got very hot and sweaty because of this. Also, the DJ last night has such strange taste in music. Additionally, he didn't know when to stop the music for the show. The guy introducing the girls seemed very frustrated with the DJ. I suppose that added to the humor of the night... Anyway, in short, go for the show. Show up early. Wear comfortable shoes and put on some deodorant. Don't expect to sit down unless you're a high roller or know the performers.
