by Billy L. on I'm not really into the club scene but went here for a friend's birthday. Although we waited a little while to get in, the experience at the door was one of the better ones I've had waiting on line at a club. The door man was Wass Stevens, an actor from The Wrestler (Two words: Re-Match) and he was pretty cool and actually got me and my friend in fairly quick. We also went with girls which always helped and pre-booked a table. The prices are expensive but its the New York club scene so be prepared. The layout is also pretty good, it didn't feel crowded at all which was a plus. Though I'm sure there are better clubs, this one has survived for awhile now so it must be doing something right.

But this is one of the rare clubs that does actually deliver a great experience in the true Hollywood tradition with great music, drinks and the venue! The venue was small and intimate; lots of booths and tables, not many people. A few distributed places to dance, but really designed for poeple to be social in different areas. The table service was attentive and the music was jumping. What more would you want for a party night out? Wonderland was wonderful.
