Encouraged by a 20% discount coupon left at work, a couple of co-workers and I decided to try Pure. As other mentioned, it's in the former space of The Grape. While not a large place, it easily accommodated the lunch crowd. Parking spaces were available in the back however, the lot was full so we had to park on the street. The inside had a nice clean look to it, with a bar in the middle (too bad I couldn't partake - damn professionalism...) I enjoyed the complimentary chips and especially the salsa. The menu, while not overwhelming, easily has something for everyone. I ordered the chicken tacos which came with mexican rice and refried beans (also can choose black beans or regular beans). While it was good, I wasn't blown away. I will say I'm not a big fan of corn tortillas so that played a part. The chicken by itself wasn't that flavorful to me, just OK. It was accompanied with a salsa which was cool. Suprisingly, I enjoyed the flavor of the refried beans the most. While I thought it was good that they made the effort to make a note of the dishes that didn't contain any meat, my vegetarian co-worker laughed at the small wallet edition of the no meat menu. My other co-worker enjoyed her carne asada tacos which is what I'll likely try next time. Overall, it was a good experience. The server checked on the table often and refilled glasses with tea often. Finished dishes were cleared quickly, and who I assume was the manager asked if everything was good. I'd try Pure again but would definitely choose another dish.

This is a great place with hang out & drink with friends. The jukebox is excellent! The food is delicious & inexpensive. Not the world's best service, which is why you should go here for a socializing type dinner, not a sit down & wait for food type thing.
