Mighty, oh Mighty. You spin some great house at night. We walked in to Animal Rights, which started the night off on the right foot. James Zabiela was on later that night, which was who we were seeing. He rocked the show. Drinks were good (I had my usual Red Bull Vodka), staff was ultra polite and friendly. Sound system was great as well as the stage setup. Lots of room to dance, lots of room to just stand and chill. And the BATHROOMS. Oh-my-God. Honey they were BIG and BEAUTIFUL. I was caught off guard. Crowd was the usual SOMA/Mission hipster crowd which sure beats Ruby Skye Douche any day. Tip: Have someone DD. Lots of parking and saves you from waiting in the bowels the of 101/80 interchange in hopes that a taxi will magically appear around the corner. Which is what we did. For half an hour. Don't question me, just do it and save yourself a bunch of $$ too.

Came here for a friend's birthday for the first time the other night. This place is massive and they pack 'em in! It almost reminded me of a Vegas club. The dance floor is about 90% of the indoor area, and by 12am, there is not a millimeter of booty shakin' space to be found. We had a table (right off the dance floor) and bottle service, which I highly suggest. Our waitress was super attentive, as was the manager, who checked-in constantly. AND they brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne! There's a second level VIP room that looks out on the dance floor, which was pretty cool. Unless you have a table, there is nowhere to sit inside. The patio is twice the size of most Hollywood clubs and has tons of seating room though. There was a guest DJ from Rehab spinning top 100 hip-hop/rap jams with some unexpected southern rock, alternative and 80's in the mix. All and all, great time. Not exactly my scene though, so probably won't return until the next birthday party.
