by kristy e. on Ooh, this place is fun! I have passed by it so many times and never knew it was there. Quite hidden unless you know where to look. I went with 3 friends on Fetish night (the 1st Saturday of every month) and enjoyed a really, reallllly diverse crowd. Let me just say I danced next to hardcore goths, people in latex being led around by a chain, Rave kids hula hooping, faux SS officers who smiled at me benignly, (weird), and just your general group of great dancers and people bopping their heads to the beat. It was such a cool mix! Loved the music and totally got my groove on. People were so friendly! I LOVED the lights here. Lasers and strobes and gorgeousness, oh my. Plus, there is an upstairs area to sit down and relax if you need to. I liked that there are a lot of places to sit, lots of bars without long lines for easy drink getting, and it's HUGE. Really big. Which means you can dance with abandon and let loose and not hit people. I am for sure going here again, and just need to convince my friends that house/trance/electronica is just as fun to dance to as 80's music... :)

Expect to pay for the looks, all the specialty cocktails are $11 and the wine lists is very very limited, no mmmm! They offer free pastries from their cafe, chocolate muffin was pretty good, mmm! NICE fireplace
