The venue itself is very nice. The dance floor is spacious, but can get crowded at times. I came here on a Thursday night for an event, and ended up waiting for 2 hours in line! Thankfully our group got moved to the front because we had 5 girls and 2 guys. The music was decent, your typical hip hop, but they kept changing the song after 30 seconds! That got pretty annoying, especially when it was a song I liked. As for the crowd, I came on an 18+ night, so it was mainly college students. There are some creepers who will randomly come up and start grinding on you, so ladies watch out for that!

I admit I was intimidated to walk in here before my first visit. I'd sit outside in my car brooding over how "uncool" I am in comparison to those hipsters standing at the door smoking. Then, after much coaxing by my fiance, I I finally sucked it up and went inside. Not bad. I dig the whole vintage, speakeasy, red curtain, make out rock n roll lounge they have going. Albeit I refuse to speak to anyone there and I can't stand all ages nights. But who really can? I must remember to apologize to anyone older than myself for my own "all ages" nights years ago. But anyway where was I? Oh yes, so I like it, it's a good place to go if you want to sit and listen to loud music and drink. It's very reminiscent of what most people call a "bar." Just a word to the wise, avoid cable access fund raiser night. Update as of July 7th,2007 An extra star has been earned based on two things. 1. The sound. Someone has been doing some serious work with this place because it has definitely improved in the past year. It's so much easier to rock out now! 2. The "Mattarita". Please never let me drink more than half of this again. Standing is hard enough already.
