by Sara L. on The margaritas were the main attraction for me. Mine came in a pineapple. Gotta love it when the drink is in a pineapple. Nice and strong. Chips, salsa, dip--all good. I especially liked the bean dip. For me the guacamole was a little too smooth--this is a preference issue, I think. If you like super smooth guac, you will enjoy this. For me it wasn't the best. The dinner portions were gigantic, but good. I'd come back for drinks and apps and atmosphere anytime I'm in LA.
by Ryan S. on Welcome to New York's club district, where entry takes a bevy of women, being the cover of a gossip mag, or a few benjamins to the door guy. Oh wait. This is Austin. Someone should let the managers of Copa know they're not a high end club in a coastal town. The cute rope line out front was nice, but pointless. I'd love to try their salsa lessons, but I won't be going back. (apparently I might be for the rateclubs open party in Jan. We'll see....)
