I ate at Cover 3 last weekend with a friend who was in town for a break from school and her family. Her parents know the owner so we were seated very quickly despite a packed house. For people who don't know the owner, expect the wait to be 45 min to an hour if you go at 7:30 on a Friday. The place is cavernous and pretty noisy when it's crowded... Definitely not the place for an intimate dinner, but perfect for a fun dinner with friends/family. Flat screen TVs and a few projector screens litter the walls playing sporting events, but it's not cluttered like most sports bars tend to feel. The bar is large and accommodates overflow with extra bar tables and stools nearby. We sat in a booth, and they're comfortable. The service was nothing particularly special, but friendly and quick, especially considering the amount of people who were there. The crowd is pretty yuppie, but the food more than makes up for that vibe. Now for the food. My friend and her parents had dined here before, so they had a lot of suggestions for me. I shared one of the salads with my friend (can't remember the name). It had apple slices, feta cheese, walnuts, etc, and a very light oil dressing. Very nice. For my meal, I decided to have the Reuben from all the suggestions I was getting. The sandwich was quite large with more than enough beef. The bread wasn't soggy at all, the sauerkraut was very tasty too. Probably the freshest-tasting Reuben I've every had, and among the best I've had. The Parmesan fries that came with it might as well be considered a Schedule 1 addictive drug. I tasted some of the other food around the table as well. My friend's brick chicken was seasoned and cooked very nicely. The mac and cheese was just fine but nothing really special. I could have made a meal of the garlic mashed potatoes (One side dish is more than enough for two to share). And the coleslaw is strangely good. I normally don't like coleslaw, but theirs is particularly fresh and light and has interesting ingredients like apples and other things I don't remember. Also, if you don't save room for the Key Lime pie for desert, you might as well go somewhere else for dinner. Creamy, perfect amount of lime taste, and the crust is like the gods' ambrosia.

A staple restaurant to cure a hangover. Trust me- it truly is. Their salsa and guacamole that they give you is very good! Their chips are warm, thin, and crispy- just like how they are supposed to be! I'm not usually a fan of spicy foods, but their tortilla soup definitely hit the spot and warmed me up from head to toe! As far as your main dish, you can't go wrong with their chicken flautas. Someone with us got the enchilada dish. From what I tasted, it was just as delicious as my plate! What's a better way to cure a hangover? With more alcohol of course! Mexican martinis. Enough said.
