by Michael S. on UPS SUCKS SUCKS --- having enormous problem getting delivery today and multiple times this week detailed as follows: UPS=Useless Parcel Service. Here is my horror story: I'm writing because UPS has mishandled another package delivery from MTV Networks to me this week. They indicated delivery attempts Mon., Tue. & Wed., but only put all the notices on my door on Wed. The Wed. slip still said I could sign to have it left there, which wasn't done Thu. I called today and was told that was a final attempt which was never indicated. Your drivers obviously screwed up then tried to cover themselves. Inexcusable. & your phone service barely wanted to help. Unacceptable. Then it continues today: More completely inexcusable poor handling of this today! Was told on phone this morning that it would be delivered by 2 p.m. today and stayed here to receive it and no one showed up. and now I received this notice that the next delivery is supposedly Monday and not today?!!?!?! Inexcusable. Your company has taken incompetence and awful customer service to new lows. I would never in a million years use UPS to send a package over this and will tell everyone I know not to do so. Also, I have encountered reps on the phone with bad attitudes over this matter, and also conflicting reports given to me of what was being done to correct this, on different phone calls at different times at the past week. UPS = Useless Parcel Service.
by Justine H. on Champagne or speciality cocktail? That is always the question and it is a hard one since they have a fabulous selection of bubbly. I love the speciality champagne cocktails and am partial to the Bubblicious and the Bubble Bellini. Peaches, yummy. I have had better Bellini's though. My favorite champagne cocktail, however, is the Fraise. Nothing says sexy time like Strawberries and bubbly. I love the atmosphere of Bubble Lounge upstairs. Low lighting, comfy seats, chill vibe. It's inviting. Downstairs, however, is douche bag central. Upon walking to the dance floor your senses are overloaded with the smell of sweat. Too much is too much. On a Saturday night there is no where to dance and every man who sees and attractive woman wants to be up in her business. I know we all love to dance, but please stay upstairs unless you want sweaty hand prints on your hips for the next hour. Sexy.
