by gabriel m. on My boss used to live in LA and so I asked for suggestions on where to go. I am at the W Hollywood so he suggested the Velvet Margarita since "those drinks will destroy you". Well, he's 100% correct. We went out back because I was with smokers and it was awesome. The DJ played a great mix of music that ranged from classic rock to alternative. We started off with Patron of course. Then I went to a vodka club which the bar tender commented on while making it "I think that's the strongest drink I've made tonight" OUCH! it was definitely strong. I then remembered the comments about their $5 margaritas. That's when details of the evening get blurry. Those margaritas are STRONG but so good that I proceeded to drink 5. The bartenders were cool and the clientele was down to earth and not too too uppity. My friend just moved here and she is making this place a regular spot.
by Mychaell O. on this one my spot's to go to when i'm out with my girls! they play good music, and the drinks aren't that expensive.. i recommend that u get valet when u go... bcuz finding parking is a b**ch.. u have to park a few blocks aways and if ur in heels forget it!
