by Sheila Fay N. on I was visiting a friend in New York, and she took us out to Marquee. I had an amazing time. Delicious drinks. Sexy Crowd. Amazing Music. It wasn't magniloquent at all- which I was surprised since it is one of New York's best club/bars. Had a great ambiance and didn't wait in any line( went on a Saturday in the summer) A def. must try if your going for a night out.
by Lauren W. on I definitely agree with other reviews--you need to know what to expect when you come here. I came with some friends early (7ish) for the food and salsa lesson. It was fun, and was worth the $10 cover. But we were the youngest people there...by FAR. The person giving the lesson was great, and the live band was awesome. It was a bit intimidating to dance in the main room with all of the experience dancers, but we stayed in the back room and practiced and it was fun. We left around 9:30ish and went to another bar and continued the night. It was fun to do something different. I'd go back in a few months to keep the salsa skills up!
