by June Chilton on Step Right Up! Step Right Up! Welcome to the Big Top! Yep, the big top, you have to climb up 5 stories to get there, but yes, it's a re all big top!. Carnival is perfect for what it is. It's a huge themed venue full of carnival games, drinks, and food, taking you back to when you were a kid, but it's in the Middle of Time Square in New York! Complete With Fun House, Dunking games, Ring Toss, Alcoholic Snow Cones, Pool tables, you name it they have it. I love the costumes on the staff, although the staff didn't seem too enthused at wearing them. This is a perfect place for a corporate theme party. I didn't win anything, but had a blast throwing softballs at the stack able milk bottles! Alcoholic snow cones and throwing things! Fabulous! Come on, remember when you were a kid? Loosen up, buy a carnival ticket, throw back some drinks, and play some carnivals games! Life is too short to be so serious.
by Theola Leader on So....if you are down to spend $11 on drinks at a "hole in the wall" type of so called: "Ultra Lounge" then this is the spot! This place has decent music adn like 2 VIP sections! This was NO -Ultra Lounge- it was more like a houseparty. The best part was when you were trying to get your groove on, you had multiple security guards/bar staff walk through the dance floor w/ flashlights and ice buckets! On top of that tackiness- the guys were stinky,short, and all up in your face! Go some place else!!!
by Shilvi L. on I have been coming to Alfredo's for the last few years. it's the perfect restaurant for catching up with your best gal pals, for a romantic evening with your hubby, for meeting up with friends you haven't seen in a while. The food is AMAZING. It's made fresh and the tomato sauce is the best ever. They serve delicious garlic bread and pickled veggies and olives when you sit down. The half-carafes and carafes of house wine are very good. My favorites are the chicken fiorentine, salmon, and the eggplant parmesan. We went their recently for my birthday and our waiter, Tony, was so awesome! He even brought me a yummy ricotta cheesecake on the house. The waiters are charming, the restaurant is like out of a movie. Try it out if you're looking for amazing Italian food! Yes - make a reservation since this place gets packed on the weekends!
