This is easily my favorite club in the city as a place. The downside is they too rarely book house and trance DJs of my liking (who tend to get bogarted by 1015 and Ruby Skye) but when they do you better bring your dancing shoes or get the hell out of the way. This club has the best fixed soundsystem in SF, I dare you to name one better. The bass and treble are perfectly balanced so you get blasted off your ass without damaging your hearing. Open until reasonable hours. (4 AM, if you're a nightclub not open after 2 why bother. Clubs are not really fun till the drunkards go home anyway.) They tend to allow ins and outs if you're nice to the bouncer. Bar service is a bit dodgy because there's only one real bar serving the whole place, so it's not the bartenders' fault but it can be really hard to get served at peak times. In a decent, centrally located spot where there is nevertheless a ridiculous amount of parking. Having worked in this area I can tell you there's not a soul for blocks around after 8pm and it's the perfect place for an afterhours club. Anyway great place and I go whenever I get the chance.

although tequila is my drink of choice apple martinis, and cosmos definitely have the other half of my alcohol heart.... and I'm a sucker for great decor and being given a shaker with even more alcohol than my stemmed glass can hold =D .. Your decor is amazing.. and that one bartender who made my drinks made them properly... however I must say that the place was dead... and it seemed to be a place for old people who want to be out but go nowhere else.. ? oh continental you are one of those places that gives the vibe that it is outdated.. and charge way to much for drinks ... and if you're a diner your kitchen should be open later.. perhaps all night.. but perhaps midtown III already has that market.. I hear the food is delish so I may come back.. ... maybe
