I'm not really into the BNT crowd, or douche-ass doormen, or "DJ's" playing mainstream 50 cent beats on Serrato, however aesthetically this place looks pretty fly. They have a smoking lounge and bathroom attendants. The bartenders are top notch, the blond chick with tattoos was the coolest, she made my night. This is not my scene, but it may be yours, as everyone in there was having a good time, and that's what it's about. I forget what this place used to be called, but back in the day they hosted some dope hiphop nights with break dancing, and weed smoking.

An SF must, as long as you're open to blaring dance music and the Castro crowd. Whether you're there to party and dance or just to watch the other customers make fools of themselves, Lime makes for a unique day-clubbing experience. Bottomless mimosas - if you're not gonna have them, don't even bother coming. The food is ok but quite overpriced. I like the eggs florentine with potatoes. Service was really poor when I came here with a bf-- it was difficult to get refills even though we were seated smack dab in the middle of all the foot traffic. With a group of girls, our server was much more attentive. In general this environment is better for groups anyway. IMPORTANT ADVICE!! Empty out your system before you get to Lime, dehydrate yourself if you must. Once you break the seal, you're gonna spend the rest of your time waiting in line for the bathroom. There are only 2 private stalls and they get as nasty as nightclub bathrooms.
