I am a little confused by all the ratings on this place. We thought the food was great. Stopped in for breakfast before heading home to Dallas. I ordered the machacado con huevo and he had the huevos con chorizo. Both delicious. The tortillas were hot, fresh and good. The salsa was so good I wish they bottled it. There is room for improvement for the waitstaff but I can easily look that over when the food is good, prices are decent and the place is clean (which it is). It was about 11 am when were finished and the place was already jumping! Band playing and drinks flying out of the bar like it was Friday night. Great size crowd but it is very spacious so it's ok. We will definitely be visiting El Sol again!

Came here Sat. I like that there is no cover. Although I heard rumors of them not allowing people in unless you have a good guy to girl ratio they sure do have a lot of guys in here. So the slide they have is lame. It is really short and goes pretty fast. It is also kind of dangerous. The bottom on my foot caught one of the rungs on the slide. That hurt and my friend hurt his elbow. =/ The music is good. I like it. It is really easy to dance to and I LOVED when they played "my girl" by the temptations. The alcohol here is freaking expensive! 11 dollars for a midori sour! The place gets really crowded by 11.30pm. I don't like it when it gets super crowded where I get pushed every 2 minutes. Again I like how there is no cover.
