this place is overrated, now my opinion may be slightly skewed since it was cold and rained non stop the 2 days i was there so there wasn't much you could do. they stuck us in a room on the 12th floor in the corner, which you would think is cool but my view was the parking lot and a side street so nothing to really get pumped on. i heard the maids doing there cleaning all day long! the room was decent size but the bathroom is a closet - the shower was pretty meh but the bath products were nice. bed was comfy as well. tried the 25 degrees restaurant one morning for breakfast and one night for drinks which were enjoyable. the girl who checked me in along with pretty much everyone at the hotel was very nice which i wasn't expecting because of the reviews so that was a pleasant surprise. i know this place has to be better when the sun is out which is why i am giving it 3 stars. when you go just hope the weather is nice!

On vacation in San Francisco, my boyfriend and I came here on a recommendation from a friend. Our friend described it as a brunch place with more of a 'party scene'... Unsure of what that actually meant, we soon figured it out upon first glance at Lime with its pink tinted windows, blaring dance music, and patrons who looked like they were reality TV stars. Whew, talk about your not-so-average Sunday brunch. The atmosphere was super energetic and great. I LOVED all the mixes they were playing. The waitstaff (once we finally got a table) were very friendly and kept those bottomless mimosas coming without any hesitation. Finally, the food, albeit overpriced, was delicious...nothing spectacular for brunch fare...Just the usual steak & eggs, english muffin, french toast, etc...but delicious nonetheless! The only setback to this place is the RIDICULOUS wait. Our party of three waiting for nearly two hours for Sunday brunch!!! This is definitely no bueno while you're trying to down mimosas on an empty stomach. Also, while you're waiting for a table, watch out for the $2/glass they'll charge you to refill your 'bottomless mimosa' from the bar. Apparently the 'bottomless' part only takes effect once you're seated. Sneaky marketing tactics... On the whole, very unique & exciting atmosphere to grab brunch with a group of buddies! Check it out! Just make sure you aren't in a rush.
