Went here Saturday night, called ahead earlier in the day and got on the guest list (for just 2 people, I was surprised they offered) and avoided the $20/each cover. When we got there a bit after 10 the place was pretty empty, which allowed to easy access to the bar and $10 Grey Goose Soda (Yikes). The club has 2 levels and upstairs has a more crowded, hip hop theme and downstairs is more spacious with more laid back beats.By 11 the party was bumping and the floor was crowded. Definitely a good dance party going on. It kinda sucked that there weren't any places to sit that weren't roped off for bottle service, after 3 hours of dancing/standing I was ready to take a load off, so was my high heeled accomplice. Come on club owners, give us a place to take a load off and we'll stay for a few more drinks! I'd def go back to Roe but it'd be better to roll with a group and to have a table/ place to sit!

(Bolded and in red, if I could) The restaurant is beautiful, the W hotel in Midtown is nice, but I came here to have some spectacular food from Jean-Georges's kitchen and was sorely disappointed. The food was yuck. Everything was really greasy, especially the noodles. The salmon was meh. The best part about dinner was the samosas we got as appetizers. From that point onwards, things went quickly downhill. Other things I didn't like: our table was wobbly, our server was completely impersonal, not really friendly or accommodating, begrudgingly switched over our table at our request, and also, the restaurant's temperature was FREEZING. I had to wear my coat to eat. Unacceptable! Maybe I'll go back, but not soon. Very annoyed that I wasted money here.
