GAG. This place ain't a meat market: it cuts out the middle man (just like Frank Lucas) and goes straight to the slaughter house, where the meat comes from. Skanks (both male and female) everywhere! Went there for Halloween and from the moment I stood in that line, I knew I wasn't going to be fan. The bouncer asked my friend something about the guestlist, and when she didn't understand (DUH! We're Mexican and although we speak fluently, we sometimes need clarification), he started yelling at her, ending his rant with a loud and clear "FUCK YOU!". Uhmmm, what?! There was a line just to go outside to smoke a cigarette. The beer was mad expensive and it came in plastic bottles, which was probably a good idea. Had they given me a glass bottle, I would have smashed it on that railing of theirs and cut myself for daring to be there.

I've been to Grace Tavern on many occasions and it has been great all the time. Sometimes crowded, Grace Tavern has a pub atmosphere with great burgers, sausages and fries. Beers are tasty as well, associated with the Nodding Head Brewery, Monks'. The bartenders do what they do, sometimes talkative sometimes not. It's become a good place to hang out and relax afterwork to grab a drink. There's some seating in the rear and then the bar and wall counter in front.
