I came here with my friends on January 31st because my friend was DJing in the balcony lounge for his birthday. Before coming here, I had low expectations because of the low ratings on here. To my surprise, as soon as my friends and I got there, we didn't have to pay or wait on line because we were on the guest list. The line for coat check was somewhat long but it moved pretty quickly. My only complaint was that the coat check people were somewhat rude, and that it was $4 PER item. My friend had to pay extra just to leave her purse with her jacket.. it just doesn't make sense to me. It's on the same hanger!! Another thing that did tick me off was some drunk girl who shoved THROUGH my group in the hip hop room. Whatever. Anyways, my friends and I had a great time overall.

Love the cozy, dark, underground vibe here + the exposed brick. No attitude at the door. The pizza smells good although I haven't tried it. Yes, it's in the TL so you get some neighborhood entertainment when you go out for a smoke.

The first thing that caught my eye after exiting the freeway was a RAISED HUMMER LIMO amongst the confused traffic cluster by the IN-N-OUT burger lot. Nothing else screams class and refined taste like a raised hummer limo. At least to me anyways. We caught wind of a $20 cover and strict dress code (really?! In Glendale?). Attention minx: This is not Hollywood. This is not even Vegas. If you want to be a Hollywood poseur- go to Hollywood. The parking is actually better. We left laughing and bewildered and went to the Chalet down the street. We parked for free, walked 100 feet to the door. We walked in full-stride with a nod and I had a drink in my hand 2 minutes later. Thanks Chalet; you are my Saturday night savior. I give minx a one star review for dooshbagery. Stay classy, Glendale.
