by Zada Wands on I'm torn. If I had to wait in line, or was surveying the crowd, I probably would have rated this place differently. On any normal night, I would probably pass. No place is worth the cover, and this place is probably not worth the crowd. It's packed, and there's nothing beautiful to look at - for those reasons, I'd stay away. However, upstairs on a Friday night, hosts THE BEST DJ I have ever heard. This man was a mixing genius.
by Lianne Cherchio on 80's night at Cat Club on Thursday was so much fun. Not only do you see that guy who looks like Mario from Mario Brother in his white wifebeater dancing on the stage, tons of people are dressed like they are in still in the 80's (and in most cases that is probably their regular attire!) There are two dance floors joined by a sitting area. There is also an outdoor smoking space if you need to make a phone call cause it is way too loud in the club. A group of us met up and danced to Madonna (one of my all time favorite), Michael Jackson, George Michael, Cyndi Lauper, Tiffany, and etc... This place is awesome cause you can dance, have fun, and not really need to drink cause it's that kinda of club. And the best part of the clubbing experience was getting a bacon wrapped hot dog outside. YUM!
