by Victoria J. on Oh Royale... You were so much better as The Roxy. Why, oh why would you get rid of the easy access to the two side bars so that EVERYONE in the club crowds over one bar?? Why am I waiting 15min to pay $10 for a poorly mixed drink? Oh why? Why is there a guy in chicken costume running around? Why are there weird people on slits here? Why does the music suck, and why on a Saturday night is it so frickin' dead? Oh yeah, probably because the drinks & music suck. You really were better off as The Roxy. The last thing Boston needs is a half-assed club named Royale - no joke.
by MiRIAM w. on Ended up here last night to hear French DJ Vitalic after the original venue (boca - The Bar of Contemporary Art) failed to open as scheduled this week due to code violations. It's been awhile since I've been served a drink in a plastic cup. Uh, thanks Mezzanine.
