by Ryan V. on Short and sweet... Ive been here on many occasions so its about time for me to write my review. Little Temple looks like a dope little red temple inside. Me and my friends come here because of the music and chill people. Good Old Skool Hip Hop is what they play.. It cracks on Friday's and Saturdays. usually everyone packs the door at 11pm since its only $7 dollars to get in so fashionably late is the thing i guess. Its a must visit if you like hip hop, chill people dancing their asses off, having a good time, and your in LA. WORD.
by Richard R. on A truly good friend held his birthday gathering here. We had the place all to ourselves from 8 to 10:30 on a Friday night. Cool. Plus there was an open bar. With this in mind, I ordered drinks from the house menu. I wasn't too impressed. The first mojito was very good. The second mojito tasted like the worst concoction of liquids I'v ever tasted. I shifted to another drink, can't recall the name, but it was equally bad. So I thought, "screw it." We headed to the dance floor. The bar area is very small with a column that sticks into the foot path about 1/3 of the way into the bar. When the place gets more than 20 people at the bar, it becomes impossible to move. If there was a fire, people would die plain and simple. The dance floor area was small but it was surrounded by leather benches which created a relaxing atmosphere for relaxation. Word to the wise, there is a hidden booth, in the corner adjacent to where the band/dj is set up. For drunken makeout sessions, seek this spot out.
