by Sarah M. on This place is the worst. I was here last weekend with some friends and I was miserable. Drinks are WAY overpriced, the cover is ridiculous (even though we got to skip the line/cover--my friend knew somebody who worked there), and the music was terrible. I realize that a lot of people like house/techno, but when you play a hip-hop song and the whole place is on the dance floor, and then switch back to house and nobody is dancing, that's a sign. Play to the crowd that's there, and maybe they'll come back. For me, once was enough. I yearn for the good ol' days of The Big Easy. Now that was a good time!
by Gertha Darwich on The bouncers crack me up. they seriously have a freakin power trip at this place..~ All the other clubs ive been to in La/hollywood the bouncers have been pretty chill~..what the heck is wrong with this plac.e. The checklist crap for the club is garbage.. Huge communication problems between promoters = annoying night.. The dude that was in charge of the gl kept trying to figure things out for my group of friends when he wasnt even the guy in charge. When we asked for the guy we were supposed to meet for the VIP, he kept lagggin....(jeesh give up ur ego and admit you aint crappp there..haha) After 15 minutes of bs- we just decided to stand in line w/ some friends When we get near the door, I finally see the guy in charge of the vip list...He asks why I am in line? ..wtf...So..I pointed at the retarded gl guy... A small dispute- either way VIP or not, this place sucks.. This club is unorganized- unprofessional.- complete mess I will never go there again.
