by Tiffany L. on This place was really cool, had the speak-easy feel. There is a slide when you enter and can slide down to the dance floor (sometimes it is closed off). The dance floor was pretty small due to the amount of tables surrounding it but great music. It is located right next to Ruby Skye (might be hard to find because there are no signs).
by Mai L. on I usually end up here a few times a year and I went to Temple for New Years Eve with my date. The first time I clubbed at Temple, I was impressed by the different levels: the hip hop underground area ,the trance room , the upstairs lounge area, the side bar in the front, the main hiphop dance floor, etc. However, after coming back, I feel like temple is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's fun and then other times the experience is just ok. I don't recommend coming here for New Years Eve. I thought the club was empty and I didn't think Temple did anything special to show it was New Years Eve. It just seemed like a regular night. They did a NYE count, but the club wasn't super decorated and like I said there weren't many people there. I also couldn't figure out how to get the complimentary wine toast I had paid for, not that I needed it, at the time....but I figured servers would be walking around with champagne around midnight? If you and your friends want a spacious club to dance, I recommend this one. I haven't had a terrible experience with Temple being so crowded that I cannot move. THe drinks here are strong and the bartenders are attentive, plus there are so many bars in this club. Cover is 20 bucks, standard, if you don't get in by 11, so get here early and get on the guestlist.
