by Jason B. on Love Saturday nights here! I love the pianist and the crowd - they are usually very engaged in the music. The drinks are great - especially the lemon drop! Yummm - sugar on the rim of the glass. Bring lead sheets for the pianist if you plan on singing, or try to find what you want to sing in the books that are already at Martuni's.

Packed with attractive girls, great music, and a professional bar staff last night at Halo made for one of the best experiences i've had in Hollywood. Every club in Hollywood's drinks are far too expensive, the line (front door and the bathroom) is always long, and there's a lotta plastic so I judge a club by looking back the next day and asking "Was it worth it?" Most of the time it isn't, so I don't go back. This morning I woke up with a huge hangover, empty wallet, and a few new phone numbers and my answer is "Absolutely" As for the first review: I feel that with Hollywood clubs if you don't expect to wait in line or to be met with arrogant employees then your out of your element. If you put a little effort into going out then you would know the promoters and get on the list so you don't have to wait.
