I finally stopped by the infamous MJQ. Don't be fooled by the shack entrance as you'll open up to a cool underground bar/club. I think last night was one of the quieter nights. When my group and I arrived a little past midnight, there was ZERO people dancing the club. A few heads at the bar and some in the booths, but no one was dancing, yet the music was GREAT. Naturally, and drunkenly, we jumped in and just started dancing in our own circle. It was all great, until they switched DJ's to someone who - 1) Doesn't take requests and 2) Played Dubstep Remixes of EVERYTHING! I get it wah wah wah wah wahhh wahhhhhhhh..... now play something else, and something people actually like... I'm definitely looking forward to updating this review with a better experience

I've been here a couple times, this time coming at a more busy time, but the experience remains the same. Six Feet Under is in front of a cemetery, which certainly makes for an interesting and/or peaceful sight when sitting outside. One thing to get here is the combo tacos, which I've had twice now and they've been very good both times. And get the seafood on this! Anyways, we were a pretty big party, but they got our drink selections to us pretty fast regardless despite all the other parties around us. Soon after, our orders came, all 12 of them, with 2 waiters somehow wielding all the plates. This time, I had the grilled chicken sandwich with chips, minus tomatoes. It was actually a pretty sizeable portion and tasted pretty great. What really won me over though was the service, since our waiter had character and was friendly and chill. And somehow he always kept our drinks refilled, half the time without us even noticing... that's skill right there. The prices aren't too bad either, especially for the beer. Definitely a place to come to.

I love this spot. Staff is amazing there. The best night if you like electronica, house and you want to hear the best DJ's is to go on Saturday for GIANT. Sound system is amazing here and the place is huge. They just redid the upstairs about a year ago and added a smoking patio up there so no need to walk across the club now to go out to the patio where the Buddha is.
